Hey there. I’m so happy you’re here!

I’m an educator, organizational strategist, and social alchemist.

I specialize in the art of rigorous witness; I lean into the discomfort of facing what’s not working. I ask curious questions, listen deeply, and design processes to surface (then ease) the pain points that drain us — as enjoyably as possible.

I believe we can live our values. It just takes deliberate focus and willingness to meet the moment with care. Building from 15+ years of experience in education and organizational culture change, I assess dysfunction, develop curricula, and organize people to grow together.

I also steward native plants on a little bit of land in St. Louis City, love my family & friends who are family, collect & (occasionally) make art, and am working on building up a public writing practice — more on that on the “portfolio” page. My happiest places are on a mountain-side porch, walking through a forest, the front row center mezzanine of a Broadway theater, and in circle singing niggunim.
