Like a birth or death doula facilitates transitions in and out of this life, I’m here to facilitate your team’s growth beyond the dysfunction that defines current dynamics.

  • I use adult learning science and 15+ years of experience working with organizations to assess & address your pain points as playfully as possible — because every challenge can be faced more effectively when we relax.

    I meet you where you are, help put your struggles in context, then co-create opportunities to connect, learn, and grow. And I typically bring in trusted co-facilitators; the right team makes real magic possible.
